Phela reminded me of God’s words and the importance of studying it and applying it to my every day life. She referred me to books and sermons. She gave me basic instructions, and guides to follow to help me keep myself on track during my journey. She checked in on me frequently. Phela has shared so much with me and has been there for me for some of the toughest times in my life. Wise men seek counsel and I can attest to the fact that my mentor Mrs. Phela has never steered me in the wrong direction. She’s real, she’s raw, and she’s authentic.
